Our Story Unveiled

The Anfoega Association began in the late 1970s and early 1980s through informal gatherings of Anfoega citizens in London, hosted by community members. These meetings grew into a formal group, becoming the Anfoega Association in 1985 and later a registered UK charity in 2002.

From the start, members supported their hometown by personally delivering money and supplies during visits. In recent years, the Association has continued this support through donations of medical equipment and essential items, including PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic.
